We aim to complete all orders ready for dispatch or collection within 1 to 2 working Days. As all products are manufactured to order, it is not always possible to complete within these timescales during busy periods but you will be notified of current leads times once your order has been accepted.

Returns
In line with Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back for refund within seven working days of delivery provided that:
Your items are standard off-the-shelf products.
Your return is within the above time frames and you have proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, bank statement).
The goods are in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with accessories and any free gifts received with the equipment.
The product has not been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
Bespoke non-standard products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
PRICES
All prices listed or quoted are exclusive of VAT or any other tax or duty which may be charged in the UK or in the country of destination. SoftplayToys4kids are currently non VAT registered therefore VAT is not applicable.
List prices included packaging and delivery charges
Payment can be accepted via BACS, credit or debit card or cheque. Any payments made by cheque will only be deemed made once the cheque has been cleared.
Goods remain the property of SoftplayToys4kids until full payment has been received for them.
DELIVERY/COMPLETION
Your order will be only be processed for production once a deposit is received for goods and not before. Any specified delivery date or completion date given should be treated as an estimate only as delays can often occur which are beyond our control. We would always advise against taking any bookings for play equipment until you have received your goods and will not accept liability for loss of earnings/bookings in this instance.
Where Goods are delivered by an independent courier or other external delivery service SoftplayToys4kids cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery once goods have been dispatched/collected. Any defects, damages or missing items must be reported to Softplay Toys4kids ltd with 5 working days of delivery.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The images of the products with this website are for illustration only and whilst SoftplayToys4kids try to display them accurately they cannot guarantee an exact match between the on screen color and the actual product. Please note there may also be variations between batches of fabric received from our suppliers which is beyond the companys control.
All sizes quoted are approximate only. Variations during the course of manufacture are unavoidable and liability cannot be accepted.
WARRANTY
The lifetime of our play products are proportionate to the amount of use and application.
SoftplayToys4kids use robust 610gsm pvc which has a very high tensile strength, under normal application this will not puncture or tear. Any failure of products is more likely to be due to wear and tear and as such we offer a 6 months back to base warranty as any failure due to the manufacturing process or materials defects would be identified during this time period.
Warranty claims will be limited to failure due to the manufacturing process or material defects. any punctures or tears caused through misuse or vandalism will not be covered.
